Tata Photon Whiz — connection does not completed

I have a tata photon wiz connection from Guna(M.P.) and my connection no is [protected]. My connection did not start in rajasthan roaming . but the sales man from the tata photon tells me that it is free in roaming. I paid 800 for three months unlimited roaming connection but thy will not provide the service. I have complint about this many time but connection will not be established. please take a action about this and give me reply on my no. [protected]
