TATA TELE — New Connection

I bought a Tata Walky from Mr. Kishore whose Cell No. is [protected], who came to my shop to sell one.
Being from a reputed company like TATA I was tempted by its tariff plans, the instrument and its features one of them Mr. Kishore said was phone book contact has a memory of 1000 contacts. I booked one against the payment by cheque of Rs.1200/- that he asked for. Next day he asked for another rs. 300/- which I paid in cash. No bill or any document provided. After the cheque realised they delivered the phone with connection saying "Keep it on charge and it will start activating after an hour. When actually tried to use, the handset had no volume functioning neither a ringtone nor caller tone. But cud b seen on display. And the phonebook had a memory of just 300 contacts. I contacted Kishore who promised me a proper replacement but again he sent me a same with 300 conacts and the delivery boy was unable to explain anything saying all features were published in the catalogue. I refused to accept and asked for the refund as I felt cheated, because while selling their products there were contineus phone call and against compalints there were absolutely no feedbacks. This is the attitude of TATA's. s of refund I have not got till date, its been 15 days since then. Several Emails to the nodal officers are not responded. This is the type of service and cheating by India's most and so called top reputed company like TATA.
