Tax Smile — ITR-V form not received

I filed my IT return for FY 2007-08 on the ICICI backed Tax Smile on 30/June/2008. But never recieved the ITR-V form to complete the filing. I called them 6 times and even mailed to their suport centre a lot of times but nobody responded. Whenever I called them, they always kept me waiting for a long time and I got the answer that the supervisor is looking into the matter. I could not submit my ITR-V form to the IT dept within the specified timeline since I do not have the ITR-V form with me.
