Hi,
I an a regular assessee of IT and I filed my returns online with www.taxspanner.com and I also wanted to do the same for my mom. I was asked to pay the fee online promptly which I did but I could not file my mother's return since my mother has only got a rental income where in the website is asking for FForm 16 details which obviously my mother will not have. I tried sorting this out for more than 2 months and it is not yet been done and I was also not given the refund and though the co promised to call back my mother and do the filing, still they have not called me. I am thinking to take this to Consumer Court as well for a major delay in the service since my mother needs to get a refund as well which is being delayed now...Anyone who wishes to deal with this company in the future may refrain from doing so...
