I had an issue with my tax filing and I wanted an expert help for guidance.
I tried to contact different tax consultancy service like cleartax, taxspanner and some more.
Only cleartax and taxspanner replied. I explained them the issue I am facing in a lay man language.

I filed my AY 2015-16 tax return through Taxspanner website. I paid money for my tax return too, but till date I have not received any ITR. I have sent multiple mails to Taxspanner support, but the only response I have received is that they are working on my return and that I would receive my ITR V within 48 hours. I have still not received it!! Really looking for some substantial service against money paid. Can someone please help me escalate...

Failure in filing my Mother's IT Returns

I an a regular assessee of IT and I filed my returns online with www.taxspanner.com and I also wanted to do the same for my mom. I was asked to pay the fee online promptly which I did but I could not file my mother's return since my mother has only got a rental income where in the website is asking for FForm 16 details which obviously my mother will not have. I tried sorting this out for more than 2 months and it is...

Tax File Return
I submitted My all Tax File related documents and service fee to TaxSpanner executive on 21/07/2010.Still he has not yet filed IT return.I raised somany complaints through online with them.They are telling as we are tracking your documents.what i am assuming they are not filed it.So how i can take action against them because i am loosing my Tax Refund amont around RS 35,000/-.
