Problem getting refund from Tayal Motors, Faridabad[protected]

My self is Mahesh Gautam from Ballabgarh.
For a booking of Tata Indigo ECS made in April 24, 2012 in Tayal Motors , Faridabad (when bookings were open), am struggling to get a refund back after non-allotment.

I face so many problem for getting my cheque of Rs . 10,000/- and Have repeatedly called Tata helplines and each time I get a different answer.

Please inform or help me for getting my cheque of Rs. 10,000/-
