I had logged call with Tcl service centre on 18th July.2010 for faulty tv on which they sent an Authorised service centre engineer from Synergy Electronics (Third Party) which is still a nightmare. An unskilled technician named Mr.Ratnakar comes to our place and fiddles with the circuit board and says it has to be taken to the service centre, for which i agree though relunctantly.
After charging me Rs.1700/- for an Ic the television worked for 2 weeks and now again tv goes faulty again with same fault and a burning smell whenever it is on.
I have called up TCL service centre many a times talking to many executives( Anju, Sharmista and Prasad) but no responce, just false promises being made for more than one and half month.No response from either Synergy Electronics (Service centre) after taking the money Was this information helpful? | 
I have called up vishal mega mart on number [protected] many a times talking to executives but no response, just false promises being made for approx half a month.No response from either store every times they told me that i file your complaint i will called you.Sir i think this well known company and i hope my problem solve in a short period of time
