TCS — Auto meter faulty - Overcharged

I travel regularly from Vile Parle(East) to Hiranandani SEZ via JVLR by Auto . The regular fare is around Rs.75/-.Today I boarded auto rickshaw No MH03 AA 9788 ,Drivers name Nitin Jagtap,Licence No 767 at 11:30 Hrs and went to Hiranandani SEZ.The meter showed Rs.85/- when I informed the driver that the Meter is fast told me that I can complain to anybody and he is least bothered. He also paid Rs.01/- less claiming that he didnot have change. As I asked him to tell me the Auto No he refused and asked me to take down the number when I get down and when I got down and started noting the number he ran away so whatever I could see I have noted down. He was reluctant to show his licence also, so the number and name he has provided may be false. His attitude showed that he was least bothered about the police and RTO.

This is the manner in which the customers are treared. RTO needs to look into it.

AUTO METER FAULTY — auto meter faulty and overcharging

Hi,
I Took an auto from jayanagar 4th block to lalbagh west gate. Generally the meter reading come as 18 as per old metre reading system of 7 Rs per kilometer. The guy was still using the old meter of Rs 14 for minimum first 2 kms. Effective from august 1 2010, the meter reading og auto should had been starting from Rs 17. On the top of that he charged one and a half for the distance so where i woulf had paid less than twenty, i had to cough up Rs 40 at 9:15 pm. This has happened with me from time to time

The auto number was KA03 A 6285. At the same time he was playing a blaring music in the auto. What i the traffic police doing in bangalore?

auto — Fast meter and faulty meter card

I am a regular traveler from BARC to Hiranandani. The fare is usually 9.00 on meter and 10:00 during heavy traffic. I took rickshaw from Hiranandani to BARC today, and his meter shot to 10:80. A meter reading of 10:00 is 127. This driver took 150/- from me, and unfortunately his faulty meter card showed the same number.

Kindly take strict actions against him. Firstly his meter ran way too fast. Secondly, 10:80 can in no case equal Rs. 150/- Also, he showed no manners while he spoke about his meter problem. And arrogantly asked me to complaint. I don't want to see him drive again! His Auto number is MH03 BA 633. Please take strict actions against him.
