I also have the same problem. My claim was submitted on 28th June 2010. But when I checked the status online, it says "Your claim is returned on 30/07/2010. Kindly provide the details asked For."

They are either out of order or busy or don't respond if not busy.
I don't know what to do. I'm not even in Bangalore anymore.

My name is E.R.REETHA I was working with Citibank collection department called TCS e-SERVE at HYDERABAD & my EPF Account Number is 34350.
I had resigned W.E.F 20TH JAN 2010 & the EPF Withdrawal form was submitted , But till now no amount has been credited into my savings bank account.
I tried calling office numbers but no one assisted me. I even wrote e mails to the department they did not even acknowledge the mail, I hope someone finds this complaint & will assist me in getting the amount at the earliest.
