My Name is Gaurav Sharma and I was working with TCS e-serve Ltd.as an advisor in Australia-collections process employee code : 325449. I join TCS on 30 Sept-09. I was interviewed by Mr. Ankit Mitra( date of interview[protected] and was selected for Australia recovery process but since I was unwell was told can join on the 30-sept-2009 same process and will not be entitled for any joining bonus of Rs. 30000 /- I agreed to it and later when I joined I was told that they cannot transfer me in Recovery as there are no vacancies but people joined after me were transferred in recovery. but for me no place in recovery.
I resigned on 13-jan-2010 and was not a confirmed employee. I recieved a letter from TCS e-serve Ltd stating final settelment sheet and deducted Rs.7674 /- as a notice pay recovery. I sacrifised my joining bonus since I wanted to work in recovery dept. I was told that will not be transfered in recovery and can resign.
When I resigned they said that I did not submit my notice period but I was asked to resign.
