[Resolved]  TCS Eserve Ltd — Not received my PF amount

My Name is D.S.Bhargavi from Hyderabad. I resigned from Tata Consultancy Services in September 30th 2009. I further applied for widrwal of my provident fund and submitted my forms on 30 November 2009 to the pf office situated at Mumbai. My pf account number is MH35679/25272. Till date I have not yet received my PF claims (25 August 2010). I have tried calling the PR of the department but to no avail either the phone is busy or there is no answer if at all the phone rings. Since I live in Mumbai I have also send a friend to the office to follow up and the officer at the pf office confirmed that the form was received but could give the date by which the amount will be disbursed. It’s sad that we have to run for our own money. I have done everything in my personal capacity to address the issue.
