Team HR — PF Cheque earlier bounced & yet 2 be remitted

It has been issued by your PF office on 15th of April, 2010 & same has been rejected to my ICICI Bank a/c number :[protected] on the same date. pl make the required arrangements to re-issue the cheque. ASR form as required for the same has already been submitted.
