[Resolved]  Techguru.india (Seller of eBay.in) — Fraudulent Activity

Address:Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu

The Seller of EBAY.in techguru.india is cheated myself not sending the ordered item only the empty box , now i almost lost my paisa around 5325/- on this transaction or online purchase without having item on hand.

Please help me on this.
