i purchased air lounge frm out let 2 months ago ...in first few days it spoilled i raised a complaint regardng dis dey sed dey vil b sendng to company fr replacement ... aftr 10 to 15 workng dys i got my product before it was 6 x 6 in size .... ven i received my product it was 5 x 5 ... in size ... when i askd abt dis they sed it got re manufactured ...in dis process its size gets decrese... aftr 3 days again it got spoilled .... ven i complain dey sed ... already ur product got exchanged now nothng can b done ................ plz tell me wat to do i paid 6000 rs .............. n managers r not givng any responce ... my name is ritesh ..........

Telebrands / Air Lounge — No. of hole near joint testing area
purchase a air lounge on 23rd january2010 but after 10 days a defect(Hole) near joint area was detected , day by day nos. of hole increases. I inform to dealer from where i purchased.As per them I submitted air lounge on 31st march 2010. But till date there is not a single response from either tele brands or franchises. I am suffering from last more than six months. Please look this matter and take necessary action.Detail of franchises is bellow
