I RECEIVED ORDER ON 06/04/2010 BILL NUMBER V[protected] AND SAME FIRST DAY O[censored]SING PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, I RETURN BACK PRODUCT ON 15/04/2010 TO TELEBRAND COMPANY, BUT TILL THE DAY I NOT RECEIVED PROPER RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER PROVIDED BY COMPANY IS NOT PICK ANY BODY. EVEN MY COMPLAIN NUMBER ALSO NOT GIVEN BY REPRESENTATIVE. I REQUEST TO PROVIDE NEW ONE INPLACE OF DEMAGE. STILL AWAITING RESPONSE.
