Hi,

Given wrong product and not responding to exchange or refund.
I ordered the sweat slim belt. Company sent me wrong size. I'm trying to reach out to the company over phone but they are not taking my call. Also i have tried to call the customer care number and they said that you will get replacement. But since last one week they are extended and false promises are given. Till today no replacement or refund given.

Please help me in product exchange or help me in replacement as their calling executive were very bad and they usually cut the phone without answering questions.

मॅडम, मैं, श्रीमती मीनाक्षी यल्लप्पा होटकर आपके दादर वाले शॉप में मैं 4 बार जाकर आयी लेकीन हमेशा वाह शॉप बंद ही मिलता था, इसलिये मैं वाशी के शॉप में 3 बार गई थी लेकीन वह शॉप भी मुझे बंद ही मिला तो मैंने कांदिवली के शॉप को फोन किया लेकीन आपकी वह ब्रांच भी बंद हों गई है बताया गया, इसके बाद कोविड -19 के वजह से अपने व्हाउचर को इन्कॅश नहीं कर पायी । मैडम, अब मेरी आपसे बिनती है की आप कृपया मेरे वाउचर की वालिडिटी बढ़ा दीजिए तथा आपके वेब साइट पर मुझे मेरे उतने पैसे का कोई भी सामान नही मिल रहा हैै इसलिए मुझे मेरे पैसे कैश के स्वरूप वापस किजिए। सधन्यवाद ।

होटकर है । सर, मुझे आपसे यह वाऊचर प्राप्त होने के बाद इसके पीछे दिये हुए दादर तथा वाशी के ऑफिस मे मैं बहोत बार जाकर आयी लेकीन मुझे वह ऑफिस बंद मिले, सर, फेब्रवारी 2020 तक मैने आपके और शॉप में जाकर मैने प्रॉडक्ट लेने की कोशिश की लेकीन वह भी शॉप मुझे बंद ही मिले उसके बाद कोविड -19 के कारण घर से बाहर निकलना मुश्किल हो गया था ।सर मैं आपसे बिनती करती हूं की कृपया कोविड -19 के चलते हुए आप मुझे मेरे वाउचर की वेलिडिटी बढ़ाकर दीजिए साथ ही आपके कंपनी का कौनसा शॉप कौनसी जगह में शुरू है यह भी बताने की कृपा करें जिसके लिए मैं आपकी आभारी रहूंगी। मेरे यह 1694/- रूपए मेरे लिए बहोत अमूल्य है इसलिए आप मेरे इन पैसे को ऐसेही बेकार जाने मत दीजिए। कृपया इसे इनकैश करने में मेरी मदद कीजिए। आपकी आभारी।

Looks like this "amma ayurveda marketers" had been cheating people from sometime thru telemarketing of products under "super telebrands". Very bad to say i was one among those who got cheated brutally by this company. They charged rs. 2, 500/- for delivering a product by name "ortholax pain relief capsules" for my dad's (83 yrs old) knee pain relief. Post the payment, they never bothered to deliver the product nor answer my calls with eta till date. I have lodged a complaint in consumer forum compliant number:2228945 and also a booked a cheating case in police station today. Further await to see some light.

Since there is no response from the company i. E. Telebrands india, mumbai so far for the complaint dated[protected] i intend to lodge the same complaint afresh in order to take a fresh view into it and take further course of action from your end. It is also requested as to how to proceed against the company if it is believed that it has cheated me alike other previous consumers.
Complaint:
I have booked instavision glasses through online on[protected] and received the order number #6309 against my request and online payment of rs.1349.10 has also been transferred to the company from my sbi account on the same day. It is already 25 days elapsed the item was not delivered to my given address so far. I verified all the four methods of order tracking system provided in their website and in all the four systems it is received that no such order is found place. It appears to be a foul play by the management of telebrands, mumbai. Please take action once again.

Booked a insta sew machine. Even after a month still not delivered.

I have received acknowledgement for the returned sharp vision spectacles and also an intimation that the credit voucher has been issued on 05/03/2020 but until today it has not arrived.

We have purchased a multi gym fat blaster. It came to us but after fitting the product we have found that the quality is not so good and the price is also too high as compared to other sites. And also 2-3 products are missing. This is a very serious concern why they are cheating the customers. And when we tried to send them return the product they are saying that they do not have return policy.

Hi, i had ordered a specs from telebrand, few days ago, they showed on television its cost 1300 & charged 1700 when it delivered. They showed that it has lens adjustable quality, but the product they send is not up to the mark or as they showed in their advertisement. I call them to return this product & refund my money, so they are asking to send back the product through courier, which would again cost 300/400 rs. & there is no surety of money back.
Therefore i request you to please look into this matter & take strick action against such fraud companies.

The sharp vision spectacle which i order from telebrands. When i received the product on first look i got dissatisfied that what i have done bcz it was a joke with me a very cheap product in so much money i complaint in the company but they were ready as they are accepting only complaint calls for every product. I m from srinagar. The agents of telebrand marketing agency are looting people in the name of biscuits lottery schemes. On 28th may 2019 they come my home in which there is only my mother who is not enough educated. They told her that plz open this biscuit packet which was cost of just 5rs and u got bumper and exiceted offers like led tv, gold chain, cash etc.. But when u open this packet we can't show u what u got until u handover 4000 rupees cash to us. After handover this much of amount to them they handover her a silly induction heater which was just cost of 1500to 2000.

I m just only saying plz help me and got my money returned back.

The spectacle which i order from telebrands. I am not at all satisfied with the product and i want a refund of it. I call the customer care about my complaint and told them to send a return pickup but they told me that they will refund me back after 21days and to keep the product with me they don't need the product back. As far as i read the company policy the product should be return back within 14days if we need refund. Now i don't know what to do. And i am not happy with the telebrands customer care service. They are all female and very rough and rude they don't know how to deal with a customer. Very bad

I have ordered vaccuclear it is not a good quality and not working properly so please take back the goods and refund the money it's not value for money and it's speed is also very slow i tested out side it is not taken even smaller dust in to inside and quality of the product is not good and material used for the product is also very bad thus i am returning

I ordered an adjustable spectacle on 19 february, 2019 and paid the required amount asked by the customer executive via a link they send. I made a payment of rs.1564.10 as per their instructions. The payu money id is[protected] and the order reference no. Is2810972..

They are not delivered the product till now and i faced difficulty to contact the company personal. I managed to contact them twice and report the complaint but, they assure me that the product will be deliver within 2 days. It's nearing a month since i placed my order. I hereby demand a full refund at the earliest.

I had ordered adjustable specs of 1700 and were not worth for the money. So i returned it as well as they did not return me my money and didn't give return policy courier facility also now they are just saying you will get it in ten days. But now one month has passed since i returned the parcel i am now annoyed are they going to give me my money back or not. Please look into this matter. Let me know. Thanking you.

Sir before this also i had submited complaint regarding refund & return of product & ask for complaint no. Comfirmation through sms but on call customer care executive says there no need to return the product i had ask them to confirm me by sms or email but there is no responce by them please help me out they are confusing by saying no need to return product u will receive the cheque i dont think it is company policy. After 7 days they will say your returning priod is over we cant refund amount.

I have received dial vision. Yesterday. It is of very bad quality and glasses are not giving correct vision. As per their advt you get eye glass without prescription but after adjusting many time vision is not clear. The build quality very poor. No on packing cover[protected]/ws×13200 origin id guxa. Very bad experience buying online from telebrandsindia.com and hbn. I had ordered online on telebrandsindia.com for spin and go (With feet pedal) mop worth 1499 and what they send me is super mop (Without pedal) worth 1326 and to makeup for the difference amount they send me some unwanted free items (Check attached invoice photos). On calling the customer care, the rude lady named mili told that your full money will not be refunded and you have to take the product, you cannot do anything, go to any court etc.
