Tele Brands(India) Pvt.Ltd. — Delivery of defective piece
Dear Sir,I had ordered 1 Air Lounge and Table Mate. I received the same on 1/08/08, but both the pieces were defected, prior to it while ordering when we asked that whats the surety that the product which we'll receive will be perfect then they informed us on customer care that the product is sent after checking only.After receiving the order when we called to the customer care than they said we need to return back the product and then again they will deliver again.That will charge us another Rs.2000/- extra.being a consumer why should we tolerate this inconvenience.
