telemall shopping — product not exchanged under warranty

i had purchacad a product named (BODY SWINGER) from tele mall from meerut by home delievery now after 2 month its not working so when i called them they just said that they dont have the product in thier stock its more then 1 1/2 month since then whenever i called then they say it is out of stock "jab stock main hoga tab milega ".............................so dont buy telemall products
