We purchased Apple I-Pod Nano from the Sector-5, Dwarka New Delhi store on13/09/09( Cash memo no.[protected]. When we brought it home and tried to playmusic on it, we found that the battery was not getting charged at all. When wedisconnect it, the screen goes blank. The screen lights up only when incharging mode.
We contacted the store and they told us to go to the service centre which is 25km away from this place.
Is this the way a large chain of stores is supposed to treat the customers? Having shelled out Rs.8600.00 for the purchase, we are nowbeing asked to spend our valuable time and effort to go to the service centre,while it is their job to get us a replacement under warranty from the company Was this information helpful? |
