The Mobile Store — Very bad service - and no product delivery | |
We purchased a phone online on Oct20 2009. I called them on 24Oct that their product is not yet deleivered. CC execuive says " it takes 3 days" so u should get it very soon. I raised a complaint C[protected] and then followed up 3/4 times over next 3/4 days...Standard response: "Sir we have not received any response on the complaint. We cant do much. Someone will call" I am not sure if ever I will get a call - I see this is a scheme to get the money first in their pockets and then let customer run around. It is high time complies realize that if they cant execute well, then they better not open a business. Jus having few stores and a website does not meean you know how to run a business. very bad experience with themobilestore.in. Not sure baout others, atleast they have lost business from me buying from them even in future. The only suggestion to this company is to go for cash on delivery mode. Atleast, on their own they will realize how delayed delivery and pathetic customer service affects them. Hopefully, I will either get my money back or the product very soon....
