I have purchased a mobile (Model no- LG GB106) Order no[protected] online on 9th March & as per the site it says the product will be delivered within 3working days but it’s been 10DAYS I am tracking the parcel by writing emails & calling their customer support center daily there is no response at all, in fact the call representatives have no idea/information about the package & daily they request us to call the next day on the other hand the online status shows VENDOR LOCATED since day one of my purchase. There is no Manager to discuss and get a solution for my problem. I feel they should close their online shopping due to inefficiency of providing adequate service to the customer.
