Hi I have done online shopping for Mobile from The Mobile Store (www.themobilestore.in) and payment got deducted from my bank but i didn't got any confirmation from the mobile store, i called them and they said to provide the bank statement. The Mobile Store — Online Shopping is bad
The biggest mistake I ever did was to do online shopping from the Mobile Store, I waited for 3 days and I never got the delivery, Finally I called the allocated vendor The Mobile store Adambakkam, thats when I got my worst shock, the rudeness with which the person answered and he was like the system is down so I dont know when you will get your delivery, He was not ready to accept the fact that it is their fault the delivery is delayed. He kept speaking with an attitutde like " I give a damn about your issue " The tone with which he answered I swear I will never go near The Mobile Store.
