Sir/ Madam. Its approx 45 days have been passed and i didnt get my invoice copy. I had never expected such a delayed and pathetic response from you. May i misunderstood your company as responsible and good in customer service but you failed upon my expectations miserably. When ever your representative called me they used to ask same question several times (that give them my emei no). several times i told them that i dont have that number as my box is lost and if would be having that number may be i would not be disturbing you. I have given you the date of purchase and the credit card number also from which i had done the purchase. If now i didnt get the invoice copy i will lodge an online complaint in consumer court.
