I regret to say that i have been following up with your baroda branch from last two months regarding cheque against my claim ( Claim person Name Vedant H Jadia ). After doing lots of followup, i have got cheque No.023014 Dt.17.11.2011 from your baroda branch against the claim. Now they are not providing courier docket No through cheque has been dispatch to me. They ( Your Baroda Branch ) inform us that they are not able to provide courier docaket No because according to him cheque has been released from our Head office Gurgaon.

Now you please confirm the cheque No & courier docate No against my medical claim

My Settled claim file No.12RB11NII5362

Finally i tired to followup for cheque against my claim now i required quick action & prompt reply from your side

mere pas maruti swift he jiska insurance mene my car bhopal se karvaya tha jab meri gadi ka clem aya to ye log kam ko tal rahe he.mene dusre maruti warkshop par bataya to unhone batya ki policy hi galat bana di he my car ne ab vaha se koi rispons nahi mil raha me chhakar par chhakar laga raha hu .pls is problam ko khatam kare
