Dear sir,
I m hemender mishra today we go to ur pratap plaza tonk road jaipur for my two wheeler insurance we wait there one hour for signing authority.in whole brach not available any signing authority. After one hour staff come and provide me my signed policy. We call to customer care nuber [protected] he suggest me to directly contact to branch manager. We told all about my complaint then he answer me rudy style that "yaha to aise hi kam hota h aap chahe to private company se apna policy kra le. Maine return me complane krne k liye kaha to unhone kaha ki jaha chahe written me complain kr de koi parwah nhi."
Sir i feel he is private company agent. And working with commission bassis.
He hurt my (Customer) feeling. And insult me also.
We request to you please take strick action against branch maneger mr. B. L. Baniya.
Please reply me about action. If reply not recieve in one week we go to the consumer court.
