[Resolved] The Professional Courier — Very Poor Services | |||
I am very sorry to say that the services of Professional Courier has become very very poor. I had a office at Thane(W). One of my Client from Prabhadevi had sent me a courier on 4th March 2011. the Consignment number is VPL[protected]. But till today on 12th March 2011 it has not reached us. Their tracking system shows that it is in transit. When I am calling their customer care no one picks up the phone. I tried for an hour from 10:00 am to 10:50 am. When I called their thane branch they gave me a number for your vartak nagar branch. When I called them they said they have not received and asked me to call customer care or the source branch. When I called your 24 hour Dadar Branch (I don’t know whether it is 24 hour or not.) No one picked up the phone. I tried many different numbers. Finally Mr.Venkat (I didn’t remember the name properly) picked up the phone and before listening my whole problem he said this is not customer care. When I said customer care is not picking up the phone. He gave me number [protected] of Some Mr Wilson the Manager. Finally I was tired but since I was in need I also called this number. But it was switched off. This was very frustrating. I am sorry to say but The Professional Courier is really very very Unprofessional. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very very unprofessional.
