The Professional Couriers — Local Courier not delivered, no response to request for compensation | |||
I had sent a local courier on 28 Nov 2011, containing a product worth Rs.299/- Airway Bill No. MAA[protected]. This courier was not delivered and the The Professional Couriers were unable to trace it. They told me to give them a letter with all the details mentioned and that they would compensate me for the loss. I went to their office with the letter on 02 Dec 2011 but couldn't meet the manager. The person to whom I handed over the letter said he will give it to to the manager and clear my case..since then I have been calling their office daily and every day they keep saying they will call me back and till date I haven't received a single phone call from their office. This morning when I called I spoke to someone who said he's the manager and said he's not received my letter..which is very surprising because everyday since I gave the letter whenever I called I was told my letter is with the manager and that he's looking into my case and it will be resolved soon. Now the manager says he's never seen my complaint letter. Really whom to believe in that office??. I cannot understand how these people keep losing things..and their customer service is zero. They absolutely don't live up to their name..they need to change their company name to The UNPROFESSIONAL Couriers. I'm not sure how long I have to wait to get compensated for my loss..
