[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — Delay of Delivery

Hi,

I have dispatched a consignment to Darbhanga (Bihar) on 25th, April through Professional Couriers and as per the website, it shows that it was delivered to their Patna office on 3rd May and since then it is not delivered to the consignor even after 10 days. It's been about 20 days now since I dispatched it from Bangalore.

I tried to get info from their offices and could not reach to the right person after trying on multiple contact no's placed on their website. After sending an email copying to the MD of the company, I got a response from someone called Umesh from their Bangalore office stating that he would quickly check, expedite the process and revert to me by 01:00 PM on Thursday (09th, May), however, he has not contracted me till now (Monday, 13th) and when I called on his no, he could not even recognize me or my complaint and agreed to face the situation in consumer court instead of at least requesting me for more details. This is the behavior which I'm seeing from the courier. You can also find attached image showing the dispatchment details.

And, I don't know whom to approach else. Kindly take up this complaint and help me to get compensation from them.

Impact- I had sent some very important educational certificates to the University for the Verification. Since, I couldn't get these certificates verified on time from the University; I had missed an employment opportunity from a MNC company.

Professional Couriers — Delay delivery of the courier

Hi,
I am very much frustrated with the Professional Couriers service they had provided to me Due to which i missed my exams.
I had sent a courier on 11th Nov 2010 from Moula-ali branch to Symbiosis center for distance education, Pune the Consignment note number is “HYD15847955”. I called your Ho in hyderabad on 22nd Nov 2010 to find the status of the consignment and found that they had delivered it on 19th Nov 2010 (this also I came to know after repeated follow-ups). Now when I check the internet it says it was delivered on 22nd Nov 2010 with DRS No:DPNQ954718.

My main concern is due to delay from their side I am missing my exams. The last date for submitting the from was 18th Nov 2010. In spite of me sending the from in advance I have to miss my exams due to delay from their side. And when I requested a written communication on the above delay, there was no responce.

email sending — delay in delivery

I was deal with click4task.com for a part time job that is email sending. the web site said that I would get my delavary between five to seven day but I am still waiting for my delavary. Please say when I will get?

PROFESSIONAL — Delay in delivery

My consignment was sent on 10 th of this month. Tracking says 11 th reached destination (tirupathi). But till now 13th not been delivered to concerned person. This is very important one. I trusted professional a lot that other couriers. Very pathetic courier services in india.

An envelope containing CD was send through The Proffessional Couriers, Kanpur Ref. No. KNP[protected] on 25th.May, 2013 to y friend at Madurai-625012.On tracking on web site it is showing 'Received at PO1 Madurai on 27th.
