[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — Irresponsible service | |||
"The Professional Couriers is the most unprofessional courier service i've seen in my city".There wasa consignment for me which reached Kochi(Ernakulam)three days back(13 May).Same day i came to know about it because i tracked it in their site. Then I was waiting for a call from them but didnt receive any on that day. Next day also I waited for the consignment, but it never arrived, neither did they inform me about it. In the evening I made a call and they said, I should have called in the morning and it is too late for the day!!!!(hello , am I supposed to call and remind them???). So the third day morning I called them up and reminded them and they said they will arrange the delivery today for sure.It didn't come till noon. I called them again,four times, and every time they said they will get back to me with details and they never did get back to me. I made the last call of the day around 1830 hrs. and their watchman picks up the call and says "office is closed,call tommorrow". It is 1925 hours in the evening of 15 May(Third day) now and the consignment has not yet reached me. My place is almost at the heart of the city and there is one of their office almost 300 mtrs away. The consignment is however on another office in the same city. Are they not supposed to inform the addressee about the consignment or is it the other way around. I hope the narration above has justified the opening statement. I have also sent a copy of same to their customer care . Was this information helpful? | |||

professional couriers eranakulam — iresponsibility
i sent aharddisk of cost 2500/- to my friend tgrough theprofessional couriers at pathanamthittaon 3-11-08.thet dont delivered yet .it isan important thing to me andmy friend.They even replied mecourier to kochi — non receipt of consignment...
sir... one consignment has been sent from hoshiarpur punjab through your service has not yet reached to the addressee yet. the courier no[protected] dated 25 sep 08.plz take necessary action... it is something urgent fopr me...regards...

The Auto Nagar Branch is useless branch in your courier.the Deliveries are very late, and nobody will not respond, this is very clear.
kindly remove the branch and give to another one.this is sinceare advice.

What you mentioned in your complaint is absolutely a good one

Not only these we should defame everywhere we get the opportunity.

Professional Couriers — Irresponsible and Poor service
My father has sent some documents from my place (Tiruchendur, Tamilnadu) to Pune, Maharashtra through Professional couriers on 4th of June 2008. My consignment no: 1328217. Till now (10th of June 2008) I didn't get my letter. I called their office in pune, the number is[protected], the woman who is sitting there is telling that she received the courier on 7th of June and as there is no availability of boys, she couldn't send the letter. What a blame excuse? If there is no availability then why they are doing this courier service business? What is the purpose of sending courier if they take 6 days to deliver a letter? I tried to track my letter in their website, it is not updated. I didn't expect this much poor service in professional. I am sure that I won't suggest anybody to send couriers on Professional Service.
