Sub Re-authorization of cheque against the settlement of claim bearing No KN/BN/18374/12221

My PF account No KN/BN/18374/12221 was settled and two cheques bearing No973947
& 935230 for Rs 12012/- & Rs 5960/- respectively for PF & EPS were sent to Bank of Baroda Ellisbridge Branch Ahmedabad by the your office with a request to credit the amount to account No [protected] (Inoperative account as such account is not maintained with BOB) any way wrong account. The undersigned was compelled to fill in Re-authorization form and submitted duly completed in all manner to you long back. But deeply regret that no action has been taken in the matter till date. On inquiry with the bank, it was informed that such cheques were returned to you.

I would therefore request you Sir to arrange to re-authorize the above cheque in favour of Bank of Baroda Ellisbridge Ahmedabad with a request to credit the amount to my correct account No[protected]. Please see that due interest for delay may please be calculated and given to me.
