[Resolved]  theatres — Issuing Black Tickets

11th dec matinee show, theatre "Arjun" - KPHB. Movie : Sri Rama Rajyam.

We went 1 hour early for the booking, and at first they mentioned that balcony tickets are over and only normal dress circle tickets are available. We waited outside the gate for 5 mins. The gatekeeper allowed us in to wait near the ticket counter and we formed line for the tickets for the dress circle. After 5 more minutes, someone from the theatre worker mentioned that balcony tickets are available and that we need to go to the MANAGER chamber to collect. I alongwith few other people waiting rushed to the manager's cabin and waited for the tickets. I don't know who it was, but he carried a book of tickets and started giving out tickets charging 5 Rs more that the ticket rate.

I don't know if my complaint in this forum would be attended to seriously or not. But still I would like to put forward my complaint on black-ticketing and would request the concerned officer to take immediate action in this regard.
