I had booked the tickets yesterday[protected] for Transformers-3 for[protected]:30Hrs show and after going to the theatre i get to know that the movie is changed to Shoolam ( Dubbed Movie) . I had gone to the counter to check my situation, the guy at the counter told me that i have to meet the cashier, the cashier ttold me to wait for the manager and finally the manager came & told me to go & see the movie Shoolam whether iam interested or not. I told him that i was not notified about the change in movie and he said that we had already notified TICKETDADA.COM about the change & if they have allowed you to book the ticket, it is their problem.

I tried to plead with the manager to atleast refund my amount for which he had replied "WATCH SHOOLAM NOW or COME BACK TOMMORROW if you wish to see TRANSFORMERS-3". I finally got the amount of Rs80/- per ticket whereas the website had collected Rs100/- per ticket.

Mistakes are common but this is purely cheating, I feel that this has been done on purpose to swindle Rs20/- from each ticket and share the same with the theatre management. How can they stoop so low?

I demanded the return of my Rs180/- for the nine (9) tickets that were booked by me and my brother at the earliest and awaiting a response from them.
