I hold a TimeOut India(TOI) card since Oct 2010, card no. [protected]. The card was sold to me informing me about some of the restaurants where the card would be honored and I would be eligible for discounts from 15-20%. Fio - Restaurant at garden of Five Senses was one of the restaurants where I took a couple friend for lunch on 2nd jan'11 to celebrate New years but it only caused me a lot of embarrasment and humiliation when the card was not honored at the restaurant. My bill came to be around Rs. 7173 & I wasn't offered 15% discount a smentioned in their list given to me.
It's unfair on part of Timeout card to list such restaurants on their list when they donot honour this card. It's a clear case of cheating & fraud by Timeout card group & i will never recommend it to anyone in future.
