Times Jobs — Not providing the desired services in time

Dear sir/Madam,
I had taken the resume service (mr international senior level) and resume zapper gulf and india both on 09/08/2012 from times jobs by paying inr 6400.00. It has been 2 months that the services has not been provided by the times jobs. I have called customer care number [protected] on 27/09/12, 01/10/2012, 02/10/2012, 03/10/2012, 04/10/2012 and 05/10/2012, spoke to executive there and senior person mr. Avinash and mr. Manish desai but no services still has been provided to me, they are making false commitment and procrastinating the matter and I think they do not want to solve this matter.

I need to complain on this matter and need to get the amount back.
