Times Jobs — false promises of referring overseas jobs in finance profile

One executive from times job called me and said that times job has introduced a service, in which if I pay false promises of referring overseas jobs in finance Rs.1800.00 they will provide me a service in which they will send my profile to many consultants. When I said that I am looking mainly for a job abroad, and I would not like to avail the service right now, he said that there are many oportunities for finance jobs in abroad and this is the right time to opt for this service. I paid for the service and it has been 5-6 months and I have hardly received 2-3 jobs.

Whenever I call there customer care, I never get to talk to any of there executive.
