I have applied for career services like CV writing, Resume flash, Resume Zapper in Timesjobs.com. The timesjobs.com promised to deliver within 24 hrs from the date of payment. I have paid it on 01.12.2011. Further I asked the collection executive at chennai from SERCO BPO / SERCO GROUP PLC Mr. Devaraj ([protected]). ADDRESS: 7/3 A&B, Subaraya Street, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai 600030. He said on the day of collection it will get updated at Delhi office. Further executives Namely Mr. Kulwinder Singh ([protected]); Mr.Ravi ([protected]); from Delhi Office called up over phone and confirmed the payment. They asked me to upload the resume and mail the resume. I have done the same on 01.12.2011. I have availed for 24 Hrs. They charged me additionally Rs 1250/- . I have paid an amount of Rs 8325/- by cash. I got receipt from them. After that the next day phone calls from Delhi Timesjobs.com kept on asking whether i have paid the amount. Then on 03.01.2011, i asked what is the status , they said the executives are in meeting and will respond to you later. Till evening nobody bothered to respond from Timesjobs.com after repeated calls to their office. Then requested the SERCO BPO associate of TIMESJOBS.COM. Mr.Ravishankar ( [protected]) on saturday night. He said by tommorrow morning i will ask my Manager and return back the money. Then the next morning he said it will get delayed to reach the office so we will return the money by 4 p.m. then by 4p.m. the collection executive said it will take another half an hour to return the money. Then by 4.30 p.m. the phone was switched off. When i called the manager Mr. Ravishankar we will not return the money even if service is not delivered. Further he said complaint can be made to the Police commissioner. Further stated that on the reverse it is very clearly written the money will not be refunded and also service will not be made. Also if we see the website of www.timesjobs.com, in the career service section, it is clearly stated that within 24 hours service will be done including saturday and sunday. Hence the www.timesjobs.com and SERCO BPO are joining hands to cheat the common public that to young generation in the name of writing magic resume resume flashing etc. I SUGGEST THE COMMON PEOPLE should NEVER GO FOR THE SERVICE FROM TIMESJOBS AND SERCO BPO BEING TOTALLY FRAUD IN CHEATING PUBLIC MONEY. NEVER TRUST ANY COLLECTION AGENT OR BPO. BE CAREFULL. YOUR MONEY WILL GET SNATCHED AWAY.
