[Resolved]  Toshiba Airconditioners — horrible service

I would like to lodge a complain against the service Department of Toshiba air conditioners here in Kolkata. I had got the split airconditioner of your company fitted in my kids’ room about 9- 12 months back.However ,due to incorrect installation by the people of your company , water has been leaking internally in my two adjacent walls ever since that time causing damp on two of the entire walls of that room. This has decayed the furniture fitted to those walls as well, resulting in heavy losses on my part.I have had to dismantle the furniture of that room . Your company’s service manager in Kolkata Mr. Jayanto has been informed several times about the severe problem.Inspite of this ,no proper guidance has been provided till date .In fact the calls taken by him have been in an extremely rude and uninterested way. This was not the kind of Service we had expected at the time of purchasing the product of your company.I would request you to personally take action to solve my problem and make sure that the service is prompt in future in order to prevent further denting of the company’s service reputation.
