[Resolved]  Toshiba — after exactly one year,mother board has not working

After one year 7 days the computer has stopeed working, the display is not coming, the i went to service center located in Noida..they told me that warranty has expired ..so u have to pay service charge...i paid one thousand six hundred eighty rupees..they recognised the problem as mother board has gone, , , , u have to replace it..it costa about 20, 000 rs.i spended 40, 000 for purchasing the how can i spend 20, 000 that to they are not considering the extension of warranty for that...this is not the proper customer service...how can we believe after exactly this happens means..some thing may happens in future also..so i requested the toshiba companyto provide good serviceAfter two year days the computer has stopeed working, the display is not coming, the i went to service center located in Noida..they told me that warranty has expired ..so u have to pay service charge...i paid one thousand six hundred eighty rupees..they recognised the problem as mother board..., i think toshib aservice centres are not intersted to repair a laptop they want only service charge 1665 because this is more profitable and they are quoting approx 25000 for mother board, i want to ask them if they will provide rate for all parts it will cost near 60-65 thousand.

Pathetic Product from Toshiba, Never buy Toshiba loptop again!!!
I have used so many laptops, IBM, DELL, HP they all have worked fine for 3/4 years

- but motherboard stops working that means there has to be some manufacturer problem they should replace motherboards
