[Resolved] Toshiba Corporation / Lcd — Non redressal of complaints | |||
Sir/Ma'am I Purchased a LCD of Toshiba from Nayyar Electronics. For installation, one of executive came but suddenly the power failure takes place and the same executive promised to come back for completing the installation process. After an hour when we switch on it a vertical line appeared for which a complaint was registered and an executive came and said there is problem in the panel and he would take the picture of the LCD and LCD would be replaced. But up-to now after making a number of complaints, no solution is arrived. We purchased the LCD on Diwali occasion for enjoying the festival but the whole thing is messed up because of worst services from Toshiba care. If my complaint raised to right person, I request to properly answer by taking strict action against the company.
