Toshiba — DELAY IN SERVICING WASHING MACHINE
We have called at service centre on 9the Feb 2013, as thee machine was not working properly. Its rinsing and draining operation were not operating. They told us theat machine will be serviced withein 10 days. But today on 23 Feb 2013, its been almost 15 days and our complaint has not been responded till now. everyday we call theem theey say theat machine part has yet to come from bangalore.PLEASE HELP US!!
