I am facing great problem as no one is resolving my complained. My LCD tv is been getting blue line on screen , it is in warranty period. as it was TV panel problem Toshiba at first instance told they will replace TV as they have no part for my old TV. I am trying Rachna Joshi ([protected]) Gopesh ([protected]) PRAMOD ( [protected]) There is no answer from any one ... Mr. Gopesh has committed to replace my TV set last month ,, still it has not been sought. He is telling that set is not available at Toshiba company & its been getting delay from toshiba. I cant understand why Toshiba is manufacturing & marketing there TV set in India when they cant give services to Customer. Hope you will consider my complain & resolved it this month.
