[Resolved] Toshiba India — No Action on Replacing non working TV | |||
Hello All, Toshiba is the worst when it comes to quality of product as well as service. I bought a TV from Toshiba because it was cheap but within 6 months the display stopped working so we called customer care and they come and take some major part without even giving a slip of paper that they have picked up something from our TV. After that it has been hell calling them every day and they do not even return calls and keep telling they will replace the tv in 10 working days. They do not even care to acknowledge that they have told "10 days" already more than 30 times. NEVER EVER BUY ANY TOSHIBA PRODUCTS. THANKS VIJAY Was this information helpful? | |||
