Toshiba / Laptop M100 Satellite Series — Not repaired since 6 months

I have a Toshiba Satellite M100 series laptop. The laptop had some problem and it was under AMC(Annual Maintenance Contract) under HCl. I was told initially its a minor problem. Two months down the line I was told its a motherboard problem and now I am being told by the HCL service center at Chandigarh that the motherboard needs replacement and is not available and they will get it from Singapore. HCl service center never updates me. For the past 6 months I have been calling them regarding the status, but no progress so far.
I had dropped a mail to Toshiba but they say its HCL who does the service. I do not know who to ask for help HCL, Toshiba or just kepp calling the HCL service center which is least borthered about all this probelm I am facing.
