[Resolved] Toshiba Laptop Model C650 — FAULTY LAPTOP

I purchased a brand new Toshiba laptop model no c650 for INR 29000 fm ZOOM COMPUTERS Chembur. Within 15 days the laptop stopped working. I got the formatting done again for the same for inr 500. Again within 7 days the laptop stop working. Again I got it formated and got anti virus program loaded. I had to pay additional 1450 for the service. wihin a month my laptop conked off. I had to pay again for formatting.The laptop itself is DEFECTIVE. I WANT FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF MY MONEY FROM TOSHIBA ALONGWITH ALL THE EXPENSES I HAVE BORNE.

the customer needs to be reimbursed the entire sum of money back. It is hard earned money that middle class people buy a consumer product once in a lifetime and company like Toshiba cheat people. LET JUSTICE PREVAIL

this toshiba satellite laptop is a waste one, i had purchased a sautelite lap 1year back and am suffering now, plz nobody go for toshiba:)its service is very bad, vn we call their customer care they talk as if we did't pay for the laptop hmmm.
