Toshiba / Tv — Poor service/Quality | |||
Dear Sir, I am serving in the Navy and have bought a LCD TV Toshiba make from Vizag. I have hardly used it and it has become defective. A complaint was registered by me on 21 Jul and was attended after 10 days. One of the parts(prob motherboard) was replaced and the service dept intimated that the new board received is also defective and is waiting replacement.
