[Resolved]  Tourism — Regarding fraud case with foreigners

Respected sir,

im birbal Singh research project trainee in ranbaxy friend's of karen da la cruze. we take a tour of himachal pradesh in 82500 rupees for two persons with all arrangements like 3 star hotels but when my friend karen da la cruze reached shimla they did not find any 3 star hotels and the person who give this tour or travel agent vijay negi (C R Park ) managed only like resorts in there so my friend left this resort and take 3 star hotel there by her own rupees. after that she left the tour in 3 days and come back to dehli . when we contact the vijay negi first he ready to pay back the amount of tour but after next day he refused to pay back and said i ll not give you money. the mediater give back the money 35000 . we paid to vijay negi 41000+10000 rupees he only give us 3000 rupees. so kindly request for you please help us to get back our money as soon as possible. now me and my friend karen again take a tour of himachal pradesh to other travel agency on our behalf.
