MY 1ST CMPT REG NO:[protected] ON 24/12/09. I RECEIVED SMS FROM UR CARE CENTER RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM ON 5/1/10 BY 6PM(NOT YET SOLVED).I AGAIN CONTACT UR CARE ON 7/1/10.THEY SEND US LIKE THIS"YOUR AREA IS IDENTIFIED AS A WEAK COVERAGE AREA ON 17/1/10.STILL THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.
KINDLY ADVICE ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO RECTIFY MY SIGNAL DROPAGE.
