[Resolved]  Toyota / Innova — Making fool on the name of warranty

Dear Sirs,

I have Purchased Innova one month ago on the name of Meghna Rugs , temp no is 6717 and his kms are 5000 only. On 26th dec morning this car had shut off on the highway of delhi to chandigarh and didn't start there. We have to suffer a very big problem with my family on the road. I had done tochen the car from there and reached to globe toyota karnal.

I am very disappointed that i have spent 10 lakhs rupees and after that i had suffered this kind of things with a new car.

From 26th of dec to 3rd january I was contacting to globe Toyota but they are not giving any satisfactory or responsible answer for my car.

Today they called me up and say sir your fuel pump has been damaged and you have to pay 70000 Rs for new pump. In 5000 Kms my fuel pump is damaged i said them to plz change this pump on warranty but they have refused.

Toyota is harassing us by doing these types of works.

I request them to plz change my pump on warranty otherwise We have to take higher step in honorable consumer Court because your dealer is not cooperating with us.

Kindly do the needful action & delivery my car urgently.
