Subject: Serious Complaint Against Uttam Toyota Noida Unethical Sale of Booked Vehicle

I am submitting this complaint with deep concern regarding highly unprofessional, misleading, and unethical conduct by Uttam Toyota Noida in relation to the booking of a new Toyota Hyryder.

Quality and Service centre competency and Cheating

Ticket No. for the same: TCM[protected] created by Toyota.

This is an issue by Toyota for their BSVI cars. The software settings provided by Toyota on their BSVI FOrtuner cars is such that it leads to failure of Injector and Catalytic converter.

Toyota instead of acting on this and accepting their fault, charge a hefty amount from car owners.

No refund and No delivery upon booking

On February, 2022 We have booked Toyota Fortuner at Leela Krishna Automobiles, Vishakapatnam and paid 1, 00, 000 through Netbanking. We were given 3 months delivery period. But even after that period, they aren't able to deliver the car as promised and closed their showrooms abruptly. 30 day refund for booking cancellation without prior notice

Frequent DPF regeneration problem in my Innova Crysta

Now 20 months old ran 1.18K kms

Never delivered a car after full payment

This is my personal buying experience of toyota innova Crysta. Trust me it so pathetic CUSTOMER service.
