Dear Sir, I have ETIOS Totoya Car No. CG-04/JF-9412 purchased from your authorized dealer M/s Vicon Wheels ( India ) Pvt Limited, Raipur Road, Vill : Hardi, PO Hirri Mines, Bilaspur ( CG ) We have left our car to said dealer for servicing of my car on 30.11.2016 and they issued us Estimate No. BPE16-00663 with promise delivery date 10.12.2016.

But in- spite of our several follow-up they have not delivered my car in scheduled time. And always given next dates for delivery. After some time No body is responding on our phone calls . There is no any person in the agency who can solve...

I reside in ahmedabad. I used to have a toyota innova in 2006 which i sold in 2014. I was keen on going in for another innova now, but i find the agent infinium toyota quite unresponsive. I had requested information on the limited edition innova crysta that toyota has launched, but i have tried for more than 3 weeks, and i have been unsuccessful.
I would like some help from customer care.
Presently i have two honda cars, an automatic city v and a mobilio.

I purchase etios liva at infinium toyota mehsana since 17 month ago. I faceing issue in water leakage in back side top. Leak water drooping on back side seat head. I m very socking found this leakage.
I visited my near toyota, mehsana service center. They guys found in company fault in top shied.
So, i requested to you please resolve this issue change my car. Asap.
Because of company fault.

I am speaking on behalf of lexicon group of institutes registered office 6 aga nagar society, pune nagar road pune-411014.
Our company is your valued customer having etios, innova and fortuner cars purchased from the dealer m/s dsk motors ltd, hadapsar road, pune.
However, lately, the dealer has started avoiding customers. Whenever we wish to get our vehicles serviced the dealing officer turns our person back with an excuse that they do not have sufficient man power. We had intended to purcahse one fortuner (Automatic) in the month of april 2017 and had handed over a cheque of rs 100000/-...

He does not have any sense how to talk to a customer i have 6 vehicles of toyota all vehicles are serviced at your service station. Today my vehicle no up78 cn 8190 went for servicing. Everything was done only the payment part was left i'm attaching a file of payment. The payment was done but he didn't leave my car and talked so rudely. I would request you to please take a strict action against him....

Mr, vaghela, your service center is acting smart under your leadership, everytime at service you change some part and put damaged part and then create a work for next service to meet with salary of staff and expences. This is your modus operandi.. Your service staff is trained for that. This is not maruti car. This has no maitanance. You cant say that after six year parts will get damaged because warranty is three years.. Toyota cars even after ten years also no major maitenance.. When i gave the car my car horn was ok. Toyota — toyota etios floor carpet quality

I bought toyota etios g in may 2013. It has been just 3-4 years and the driver side floor carpet is significantly torn off. The area which is torn does not come under any foot movement during driving rather its exactly in the center of the clutch and brake pad and towards the driver.

I complained about this in lanson toyota, pallikarnai cr manager and all i received is an apology and inability to address this issue. I am very sorry to inform u that my fortuner is facing many issues firstly, within one year leather of both the front seats got worn out they replaced one seat and refused too replace the other one
Secondly after near about two years the plastic parts went dull and rust came, all color started fading and the company den painted all those parts it feels like we are using a second hand car

My car is not being serviced by your dealers in pune (Dsk toyota bavdhan) for last 2-3 months. Every time i get an appointment it is cancelled by the dealer closer to the date. Reason being lack of man-power or centre closed. This is most pathetic and careless experience i have ever had.

My car is just one year old and i still remember the commitments made at the time of buying the car. All were fake. They did not even support while renewing insurance policy.

I have my own maruti car too using for many years and their service is always top class. I really regret moving...

Sir, i have given my car for jumper change and tyre problem. Water was dropping from ac pipe inside the car. They did free washing. After 2 days i came to know that rod of front bonet stand was missing and the water was still dropping. I typical smell was coming in my car. I called them to take my car back. Now, to my surprise they called me and said that my ac filter was missing and ac coil was damage. I had an appointment for the service of pb23q 7550 liva at ludhiana, jugiana
At 11 o'clock, the car was at the gate of showroom. 11.05 am.
Due to the jaam car could not enter 5 minutes more in the compound,
The representative took 15 minutes to attend the car, at 12 o clock, we were informed that the car can be delivered at 4 o'clock. Even the job was service only
We used to send the car for 50 kilometer distance, even then we face the problem like this.
This is the first time i got this problem.
We take the car out without any job...

Toyota — I am complaining about clutch change on my innova

I have given my innova for service with complain of clutch. They serviced and chenge full set of clutch. When we took vhecle after service the clutch function was not proper and finally after 30 days approx 3000 after running again clutch got problem and when complain they said we can't give guyrenty. Finally when we got checked out side found the clutch was not chenge. I am customer from 2007 of toyota. We never expect these kind of wrong full practice even toyota does....

As i purchased new fortuner on 30jan2017 and i used an accesoories of RS12000-15000 which is antirust and tafflon coating
They have used antirust coating of RS 500 and instead of tafflon used RS 150 wax for tafllon low quality product are not expected from reputed firm lyk toyota
