You have been a reputed company and I admire that.
I have been a customer of of Maruti from last 10-15 years but for the first time I planned to move to Toyota as I have to purchase a new car. So I booked Hyryder E model in the month of July from Uttam Toyota – Noida.

My innova crysta got delivered on 14 th November 2022, But dealer( Nippon Toyota, muvattupuzha, Kerala) gave me extended warranty 45 days less, ie only till September 2027. I am losing 45 days extended warranty evenafter payment of full amount for it. Dealers explanation is not satisfactory ( they are telling, it's regarding their some issues). I complained to Toyota, now 2 weeks passed... No resolution yet. This is the so called Toyota customer care. Pathetic ... My previous cars were from maruti... It was far better...

    My claim no: CLM00143913/062236 was approved on 17/11/2022 and my car was taken by thiruvalla showroom on 15/11/2022. On enquiry with the showroom they told me that parts are waiting.So I request that a urgent steps may take in this matter

      I bought a new Fortuner on 18/7/22 from Toyota agency of Bhatinda, Punjab. New battery was dead before I could drive it 1000 km. I informed the Toyota agency at Bhatinda but no one cared about it. On 24/11/22 I made a written complaint on the Consumer Complaint website also. But no response. Now I think only option I have is to buy another new battery & file a case in the court against Toyota agency.

        - new RAV4 PHEV ordered June 2022.
        - up to date, dealer can't tell expected delivery date
        - on one hand, I am being offered to cancel my order

          it has been observed that the material was such a poor i just saved my life i don't know how.

          M still shocked to see such a poor quality material used by toyota.

          M going to file a case against toyota for playing customer life.

          Want my full refund with panelty.

          Issue with horn stopped inbetween road, Poor quality mirrow such a bad quality doors.

              I Never seen such a poor service mayapuri thirty six toyota service center they are spoiling the name of Toyota. We have given the car to service center on 18 Sept 2022. They have generated the insurance invoice and settle with insurance team but till now my vehicle didnt deivered Now they are saying that the parts have been ordered and will come on 19th November 2022 and it is also expected they were saying the parts are not available yet....

              I Never seen such a poor service like 36 TOYOTA MAYAPURI spoiling the name of Toyota. We have given the car to service center on 18 Sept 2022. they have generated the insurance invoice and insurance amount settled but my vehicle they are not delivering .               I met and accident on 9th July and registered a claim on 27th July, my car is at the garage from 25th July, 2022. But as per the surveyor (Abhinov Dubey) we have to claim for total damages though it was happened in a single accident. After a week time another Surveyor Mr Javed (Outsourcing agency) came for survey, I have given all documents as per requirements on 16th Aug.22 but He is asking us to pay for some money for settlement of claim...

                We have booked a Innova Crysta Diesel on 03 Aug 2022. I was given a delivery date of 30 Sep 2022. However there is no answer from the Company till date.                 Had bought Innova Crysta in Dec 2021. Overall performance of the car is really good.
                Recently, found the ac knobs both the units temperature setting and fan speed setting knobs wear out on the Circumferential area.
                When reported to Service center Lanson Toyota in Pallikarnai Chennai, they claimed that there is no warranty for plastic parts. Also the child part is not available and the entire unit has to be replaced at changeable...
