Quality and Service centre competency and Cheating

Ticket No. for the same: TCM[protected] created by Toyota.

This is an issue by Toyota for their BSVI cars. The software settings provided by Toyota on their BSVI FOrtuner cars is such that it leads to failure of Injector and Catalytic converter.

Toyota instead of acting on this and accepting their fault, charge a hefty amount from car owners.

This is 2021 model Fortuner which is supposed to be a rough tough car. Sorry to say that today we are put in tough spot by Toyota making us re-think whether we need to continue with Toyota or not. The Car was taken to a location approx. 3 kms from our residence and parked. Within 10 mins when we try to start the car it was not starting. Dear Sir / Madam,
I have booked an `TOYOTA HILUX AT GREY METALLIC X3’ on 27th January, 2022 vide Booking Reference No. #TCB[protected]N95 with PayID #pay_lohH8aoFVV9aUY.
After the receipt of the amount Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) from me, on the same day, it was confirmed / acknowledged through email [protected]@toyotabharat.com to my email i.e., [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Another confirmation email received from one Mr. Narshing Goud, Corporate Sales, Radha Krishna Toyota, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad and in which he requested me to send copies of my Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, and ID Card to his email. And in response to the email received I have attached and sent requested copies to his email ID. Further on[protected] Mr. Narshing Goud, Corporate Sales, Radha Krishna Toyota, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad sent an email attaching my booking receipt vide Vehicle– Receipts Voucher No. VEHICLE RECEIPT \2020-21\127 dt.[protected].

In this regard I would like to bring to you notice that, after the receiving booking receipt I have waited long time for the vehicle delivery intimation from your company. Since no intimation was received from your end, I made continuous follow-up by sending emails on[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] to [protected]@toyota-kirloskar.co.in where I booked vehicle and paid my booking amount requesting status / update on my vehicle delivery. For which I have received automated replies on[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] except that I have not received any reply or communication from your end.

After some time, I have initiated a chat to resolve the issue, at your web-site in `Toyota Chat’ on[protected]. Therein I escalated issue of not delivering the vehicle I booked, therein I requested to return my booking amount Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) paid on[protected].
As you failed to deliver the vehicle even after waiting so long, I cancelled the booking, you have to return the booking amount immediately. Even after expiration of more than 29 months I didn’t get my refund.

In the above circumstance, I request your esteemed organisation to immediately look into this matter on priority and return my booking amount Rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) paid on[protected] along with interest @ 18% till realisation very soon.

    The screen on my 2023 RAV4 Limited has gone blank. After checking online I see that this appears to be a common issue that isn't being addressed by Toyota. The dealer hasn't been very helpful to this point.

      Dear sir my car Toyota Fortuner model 2023 new car number up 15 du 5001 has been accident on 10 December 2023, in which half of the car is sin k inside open drain so crane hybrid has pick up from upside in which dainting and painting has been done and from march mid my car is ready but they give fke reason that please take your car next week after DO ..its being 5 month i haven't recived my car on 1 may when i have take a test drive they told take your car on 3 may but on 3 i fly to turkey Istanbul i told them i will take my cara on 14 when i will come to India now again they are saying that DO will take 7 to 10 days and you have to pay 38000 for roof top because crane has picked car from roof because it was slinked in open drain this is very wrong they are torchering me and saying you will pay 38000 for roof daint and paint.please kindly do somethimh and reply my id is [protected]@sindhpharma.com and number is [protected]

        I took my 2013 Toyota tundra to north park Toyota on 29feb24 for an oil change and tire rotation.
        it cost 46.87 for the service that day.
        well as the story continues; i noticed a group of oil leaks on my driveway in early march.
        due to me not getting out much as a disabled veteran and the fact that i live nearer to Castroville, tx than the dealership.
        it took me until the week of the 15th of march to drive it into the dealership, located at 10703 sw loop 410, sa tx. 78211.
        i had called previous to that week and spoke with a service advisor. i briefed him on my issue and he asked that i bring it in.
        i showed up at 6:30 that day and waited until 7:00 am until thy opened.
        i left shortly after that as the service advisor that assisted me with the oil leak immediately indicated that i would be responsible for the issue.
        he set off a trigger in my mental health due to my existing ptsd.
        needless to say i left asap in a heap of anger!
        when i returned home i gave a call the the shop manager fred duran. i knew fred as an advisor prior to his current job as manager and believed that he was a service advisor who was fair when it came to problems with other Toyotas i have owned and purchased from north park Toyota.
        i explained my version of what happened, and i explained that i want for Toyota to see the truck again as i believed that it was their fault for the oil leaks presence.
        he asked that i bring vehicle back in for them to look at.
        i returned today 4/22/24 at 6:30 this morning. i was checked in about 7:30 or so, i had an new advisor to help me today. john, checked me in and advised he would let me know when they find something.
        i received a text while waiting at the dealership, it indicated that they located the problem with oil leak, the housing/bracket for the oil cap to screw onto was cracked.
        i was shown pictures of the damage. it was very evident that it had sustained some sort of damage.
        my immediate thought was that had to be done on the last visit for the oil change, by either a tool jammed up on it, or the cap was screwed onto tight (torque).
        however, when i talked to the service advisor he explained that they could not warranty the item/service as it was a result of WEAR AND TEAR, and they had no involvement whatsoever on the damage. they tried to explain that my vehicle with over 212000 miles was the culprit.
        i disagreed with him as well as fred duran the service manager. i also had the opportunity to meet with the general manager of north park, tania eubanks.
        i emphasized that i had no oil leaks prior to the visit on the 29th of feb. where they changed oil. therefore, damage was caused at that time or shortly after.
        i also argued that it was not a result of wear and tear, but simply a technician who either damaged it prior to putting on the cap, or damage was done after the cap was overtightened to the point it caused the oil housing/bracket to crack and resulted in a leak.
        the meeting ended when the most the general manager indicated that they would do for me is discount the price of 1009.00 to 720.00
        i explained that i dont have that kind of money and that im on a fixed income, they did not have any emphathy for that at all.

            Refer Roadside Assistance of my Car Glanza UP 32 MA 1625 at Raebareli yesterday, the car’s Mobil oil suddenly leaked near Civil Lines Crossing & then Engine got seized & became non-functional. The vehicle was toed through RSA & was brought to Chinhat Service Station between 6.30-7 Pm.

            I had booked my car via online Toyota booking site on 25th December 2022 for Toyota Hycross Hybrid ZX (o) Variant blackish Ageha Color.

            Till now I haven't received any update, nor any confirmation, regular follow-up is being made by the Customer even the Dealerships aren't interested in following up the bookings.

            I had booked my car at Galaxy Toyota Chhatarpur Delhi, as per the mail provided to me today keeping them in the loop, they have allocated the Sequence Number 178, whereas per the booking status checking application my sequence Number is 28 as updated on 25th September 2023.

            No delivery time and commitments are being made.

            What should be done !!

                I booked Innova Hycross ZXO on 6th December at Rajyog Toyota Latur showroom but no delivery of car yet.I contacted to Toyota customer service several times..they gave me complaint no.Tcm[protected] for my complaint.they gave bogus replies but delivery..they are selling there cars at premium under table money, I suppose..it's really frustrating

                    I had booked Hycross ZX Silver on 4/12/22 with Galaxy Toyota Chattarpur Delhi, at time of booking the delivery was promised with in 5months, as per prevailing old vehical policy in Delhi my Toyota Altis which I have been using for last 15 years need to be scrapped by 8/9/23.

                        We had booked Hyryder GAT on 29/10/22 after paying advance of 25000/-.order no. ORD[protected] vide Nippon Motor Corporation, Nettoor thru sales rep Binu T U. At the time of booking WE were told that the maximum waiting period was 9 months. Since jan 23 our booking queue is in 2nd position and we are yet to receive the car. Already the price was hiked thrice after we booked. One of our known friend got his car delivered in oct on booking in July how come there is delay from this particular showroom alone.

                        We are forced to cancel our booking due to the long delay in delivery.

                        Audit of hyryder shall be done to know whether the company is hoarding it purposefully.

                            Faulty Vehicle

                            I have bought a urban cruiser hyryder 4 months back.
                            In these 4 months i had to replace all the 4 tyres.
                            When i went to service center initially they mentioned that rear tyre is wearing out, did some repair work too but the tyre wearing remains same. This time they are telling that there is a problem with dead axle and it is because of ROAD hole and jerk. The car is driven in around DELHI NCR. Are toyota cars this weak? And...

                            I have booked a SUV Toyota Furtuner 4x2 with Pearl Black outside colour with black interior colour by paying Rs50000/- on date 25/04/2023 as booking amount in the name of Innuvium Energy Pvt Ltd from your authorized dealer GOENKA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED (Rajendra Toyota), Varanasi, UP.

                            I got assurance from sales representative that the car will be handed over within 45 days. I have been followed up by several calls for more than two month for the delivery of our booked car. I have been informed that there is ready stock of SUV Toyota Furtuner 4x4 with Pearl Black colour with black interior for immediate delivery and price would be Rs-445151/- higher than our initial booking price.

                            I agreed and accepted the SUV Toyota Furtuner 4x4 by considering trust and believing in your brand and your authorized dealer that we will get an SUV Toyota Furtuner 4x4 with Pearl Black colour with black interior as per our requirement.

                            We have paid the full amount in advance Rs 5038518/- by considering the fact that it’s your authorized dealer and will get an SUV car as per our requirements.

                            I have asked your dealer sales representative to provide the pictures of our booked car but I was completely shocked and surprised that it was not the same car (Interior yellow color instead of black) which we have booked and paid money for. From day one our requirement was outer body pearl black colour and interior black colour that’s why I agreed to upgrade my car from 4x2 to 4x4 and paid extra money Rs 445151/-

                            I have been informed by the sales representative for your authorized dealer that car registration is also done without prior showing and inspection of the physical car by us or any of our authorized representatives. It seems they work in a very unprofessional manner and not following any sales guideline rules guided by Toyota Company.

                            How they can register any car without physical inspection and approval by the buyer, till now I have not signed any single piece of paper for car registration.

                            Now your authorized dealer sales representative is forcing us to accept an unwanted car instead of our booked SUV Toyota Furtuner 4x4 with Pearl Black colour along with black interior also they are not refunding our paid money (Rs[protected].

                            I have trusted your organization and paid 100% advance Rs5038518/- to your authorized dealer. Now I am feeling cheated and foolish. After paying a huge amount of money for the car your authorized dealer is pushing us to accept unwanted car.

                            I have complained several times to Toyota company but so far no one contacted us to resolve the issue

                            Still no one approached us from Toyota company and it seems they are also actively and supporting fraudent activity done by there authorized dealer.

                            It's worst company and management have seen so far. Does not care about there customers.
