Dear Mr. Banerjee,

My post-hospitalization bills were submitted to your office in November 2011 for reimbursement. Unfortunately, the bills are not reimbursed as yet.
In this context, I like to suggest that the post-hospitalization bills should not be restricted to 60 days. Instead the policy should be modified to reimburse the bills to the extent of the sum assured and not the bills incurred upto 60 days of post-hospitalization for reimbursement.
I am still under the treatment for my continuous fever with pain in the urinary tract during micturition due to post-operative infection, and obstructive micturition. I have spent lot of money for the present complaints. I need to consult doctor for further treatment. I will send another post-hospitalization bill soon for reimbursement. How long I will be harassed and deprived?
I am a retired professor of the Department of Zoology, University of Calcutta. I have already spent lot of money for the treatment of prostatitis at Apollo, Hyderabad. Presently I am facing pecuniary hardship.
Under the circumstances, I request you to kindly reimburse my post-hospitalization bills at the earliest. If you do not reimburse my bills within a fortnight, I will be forced to inform the matter to the Prime Minister of India, Chief Minister of West Bengal and to the media for necessary action.
